We photographed Red-breasted merganser (Mergus serrator) in Iceland in 2006 with the Nikon D200 and recently on the Baltic Sea coast of Bornholm with the Nkon Z9 in combination with the Nikkor Z 400mm f/4.5 VR.
Gadwalls have a simple plumage, which does not look very opulent in the drakes even as a breeding plumage. We were able to photograph the rare birds in Iceland, Bornholm and Belgium.
On Neuwerk in the North Sea, in Brittany on the Atlantic or on the Baltic Sea coast of the Danish island of Bornholm - you can see and photograph shelducks (Tadorna tadorna) in many places.
